I highly recommend going to Cuba with Adria. Keep in mind, this is not a vacation, but an all out adventure with lots of walking, and long days exploring the streets and buildings of Havana. Adria knows the neighborhoods, the people and the culture of Cuba. She keeps it real and offers a truly authentic experience. While there, many people welcomed us into their homes to share their stories and hospitality. It was an extraordinary experience and I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to go to this unique and beautiful country with Adria and make such incredible connections with the Cuban people. I learned so much. I can’t wait to go back. And of course it was a joy going with a group of artists/photographers. It was so much fun to spend our days together and share our work. It was very interesting to observe how everyone individually approached their craft as well. I learned a lot about myself as a photographer and learned so much from Adria as well. She’s kinda awesome.
